Exhaust housing – stable, modular and universal

The housing consists of two robust shells into which a 140 mm fan can be fully enclosed. The design ensures that the fan sits securely, does not vibrate loosely within the housing, and does not produce any unpleasant background noise.

Magnets are pressed into both sides of the housing, allowing for particularly easy installation of quick-connect hose fittings. These fittings can be freely combined and selected in sizes of 100 mm, 125 mm, or 150 mm, depending on your needs – for maximum flexibility in your exhaust air routing.

Thanks to its enclosed design and efficient airflow, the exhaust performance is more than sufficient for smaller grow boxes and compact rooms. It can be used with a powerful 140 mm fan like the Arctic P14 Max, which achieves an airflow of up to approximately 95 CFM (≈161 m³/h).

Designed for compact setups

Many exhaust solutions on the market are designed for large setups. They are powerful, but this often causes problems in small tents: too loud, too high power consumption, and unnecessarily large housings that take up valuable space.

Especially in compact grow boxes, the exhaust fan often runs at excessively high power continuously or is throttled back for noise reasons – neither of which is ideal. Add to that vibrations, rattling housings, and improvised mountings that make the setup unstable and messy.

This exhaust housing was created for precisely these reasons.
The goal was a solution that is quiet, energy-efficient and compact – yet still provides enough power for smaller tents.

Instead of large inline fans, we deliberately opted for efficient 140 mm PC fans that consume little power and run quietly. The enclosed, double-shell housing securely holds the fan, prevents vibrations, and ensures controlled airflow.

The result is not an oversized exhaust system, but a practical solution for small and medium-sized setups – quiet, space-saving and modular in design.

Frequently asked questions about the exhaust housing

The airflow naturally varies depending on the fan used. All reputable manufacturers, such as Noctua, Arctic, etc., specify their airflow rates.

All 140mm PC fans will fit. We recommend Arctic P14 Max or Pro fans, or fans from Noctua.
