• Please follow the steps below for returns:

  1. Timeframe for the return

  Please return the product to us within 30 days of receipt, along with the delivery note (enclosed) or invoice. Personalized items (such as engravings) cannot be returned as they are unsuitable for resale.

  2. Condition of the returned item

  Only items in new condition can be returned. This means the goods must show no signs of use. We do not accept returns for products that show obvious signs of use or wear.

  3. Delivery note or invoice

  If you no longer have the delivery note or invoice, or if it was not included with the package, please print it out and enclose it with the package.

  4. Your return address

  Please send the items to the following address:

  5. Return shipping costs

  You will have to bear the costs for the return shipment, as we do not provide a return label.

  6. Defective products or defects

  If your product is defective or has flaws, please write "DEFECTIVE" in capital letters on the delivery note or invoice. We will replace your defective goods immediately.

  7. Refund

  With the delivery note, we can easily process your return and refund the full purchase price using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Consequences of the revocation

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are obligated to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracking number for returns, as you, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipment. If delivery of the return shipment cannot be proven, we reserve the right not to refund the purchase price.

Please note that personalized or engraved products are excluded from exchange and return.
