Processing time:
- All orders will be processed within 48 hours.
- Orders are generally not processed on weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times:
Shipping within Germany:
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days.
- Shipping costs: Germany: Free shipping on orders over €30. For orders under €30, shipping costs are €4.99.
Shipping to Austria:
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days.
- Shipping costs: Austria: €4.90
Shipping to Switzerland:
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days.
- Shipping costs: Switzerland: €6.90
Damage:
- If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact our customer service.
Shipping confirmation & tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Note regarding vouchers – exchange and return are excluded.
Please note that vouchers must be used within two years of the issue date. After this period, the vouchers become invalid and cannot be redeemed.
